great customer service

My long opinion of WSP is changing big time. As many may know I complained about the Sea Salt and Driftwood, well I left a comment that it did not hold at all. They are replacing my bottle. Now the is Customer Service :D I only ask no one abuse this, and I am sure you will all get my drift here...
