    yeah I like using the calendula infusion in olive oil how ever I like to make a water based infusion for my dogs dry skin. It does wonders for his coat. :D

    I have a friend who wants me to make a gag gift soap. The gag is to be GARLIC scented. However I cannot find a supplier who has a garlic fragrance. Anyone know where I can find this? Or could I use garlic powder? Or would it be better if I smashed a clove and use that juice? Also would it be...

    the oval shaped soap is actually a sponge that I put inside of a oval mold and poured soap into I lovede the way it turned out. I am so sorry about the late reply.

    Is this herb useful?

    I was reading the everything soap making book and they stated that saffron was a great herb to use for color and fragrance. But it should be used only for special soaps. Is this reasoning due to pricing? Is there any medicinal "spelling" properties of saffron?

    thanks. You can;t see it but I put three poppy seeds in the soap as fish food. The shells were bath bombs.lol.Each half was filled. I made a custom scent that I call Angel Kisses. The fish was watermelon.
