What was the amount of Soap to dye? The cosmetics license I have in the UK says maximum 3% of dye in a soap mixture.

Most of my moulds are for ice cubes and chocolates, I find cooking shops good for buying my moulds. If I buy online I try to get them from the Uk as that's where I am based.

It could be excess moisture in the air and packaging not airtight.
