    I make a good basic blend, coconut, palm, olive, sunflower/almond, caster, cocoa butter and beeswax. it makes your skin squeaky clean but what if you wanted that silky smooth feeling left behind. what are some additives I could use.? whats your experience?

    wow thanks everyone for the response. I think I'll try raw and only the orange part of the peel. I'll let you all know how it turns out. might be a good one for hp soap, something I'd like to try.

    I was wondering if anyone has ever used orange zest in your cp soap. I'm wondering if it should be dried first or just throw it in raw. If cucumber can go in raw, do you think the raw zest should be ok also.

    I'm wanting to make a beer and clove soap for the men for christmas. I have both clove oil and I've gound up whole cloves. I'm getting a little nervous on how much to add per pound. Would it be better to use the ground clove alone and will it be fragrent enough to last for some time? Any help...
