    Questions about curing rack

    I have about 10 of those plastic racks that bakeries use to haul bread into a grocery store. It's been so long I have no idea where I came across them. BUT! They are fabulous....I line them with freezer paper and stack away. If I'm soap blitzing, I can fit 25 batches of 30 bars on these...

    Genny - Nope, no luck. I had to dig around to figure out where I found it in the first place. I did find the place I was looking for (Rainbow Meadow) but see that they've taken down the eo blends database. :cry: So I'm left to my own puttering. Thanks for the welcome!

    This in soap

    I've not had huge success in making a northern lights soap, altho I have tried a few times. The best results for that sort of effect were when I felted some bars of soap using those colors. Pretty labor intensive, but I could get the colors right and the randomness.

    What are you reading right now?

    I usually have several going at once, unless one of them turns out to be excellent and I temporarily abandon all the others. Right now I've got a few faith type books going and for fiction I'm reading A Clash of Kings by George R. R. Martin.

    How many of you are full-time soapers?

    "Full-time" since 2001. Balanced nicely with being a stay-at-home mom. :D Soap income allowed us to pay off our house early and keeps us in groceries. Best job I've ever had!

    Hi All.... It's been a loooong time since I've participated in any soapmaking forum. I stumbled across SMF today while trying to find a scent blend from long ago that I misplaced. I've been making soap since 1995. Generally cold process, although I've dabbled in other areas just for fun...
