HP: to stir, or not to stir?

Alright HPers... I have HP question, when adding things like oatmeal when do you add them? I tried a batch with the Oatmeal at the end, but found it didn't incorporate as well as I was hoping. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!

I just got through making this batch, when I went to the pantry to get my pumpkin it was missing so i had to energize with turmeric. The Ao's made it accelerate, but so it goes! I can't wait to cut tomorrow!

    What is your formal training?

Totally agree with this! (espically as a business/marketing teacher!) Look into an AA in business or marketing and then go from there, it's the universal degree that can be used in any field!

    What is your formal training?

Hello and welcome. I am a self-taught soap maker and dabbler in other bath and body stuff. There is so much to learn on the internet, I am not sure it would be as cost effective to get a formal degree in aromatherapy. You could buy a whole LOT of bath and body making supplies with the amount...

"newbie" trying to figure out recipes

My understanding is that ash is purely aesthitic and won't impair your bar of soap, but spritz of rubbing alcohol on the top of your bars will keep ash at bay. I don't know much about the numbers as I use brambleberry's lye calc and recently started using SoapCalc. What I have found is that I...
