This is what I do, too. I used to add it to the soap batter, but found that it didn't always incorporate well.

    Camden Grey

I'm very happy with CG. I just had a very big order to place so I carefully compared prices with 3 other vendors. CG was competitive AND had everything I wanted in stock. They also shipped very quickly. Some of my EOs came in plastic, some came in glass.

would you rather a Rosemary Bar or Mint bar?

I love the smell of straight rosemary, but find that it fades. Blended with spearmint or peppermint, it's wonderful. I'm partial to straight spearmint, though.

    DOS is killing me!

I thought so, too! It was a very expensive batch to have to throw away! :( Although, I'm glad that it wasn't something that I sent to my retailers. I'd have hated to think that they had rancid soap on their hands.

    DOS is killing me!

I've been soaping for about 10 years and only ever had DOS on a batch of 100% olive oil castile. This year, using the same recipes and techniques I've always used, I'm getting DOS on almost every batch. I made a batch of lavender that got DOS at about 3 weeks out. I thought it might be my oo...

    The Coffee Soap Disaster Pics.....

I use triple-strength coffee subbed for water in my soap. Scent it with an FO that turns soap dark brown. This takes care of any bad smell and makes the soap a uniformly dark color.

Which method is best for soap making HP or CP???

I think it's a personal preference. I love CP - both the process and the results. Others would say the same about HP. I would suggest that you try both and decide for yourself.
