    I thawed one 2 gallon bag of GM cubes last night and today still have little tiny specks...guess I will shake the daylights out of it then strain and see what happens. Next trip to the store I will buy fresh (store bought fresh) and try this...

    Laundry soap???

    Hi Digit - Sorry - I haven't made any...not certain what an HE is? I have a front loading machine - I use my homemade stuff all the time. I know a few times DH used commercial detergents and the washer kept stopping.

    Herbal Powder for coloring CP soaps?

    I love parsley powder - it turns a sage green color. I use pumpkin puree to get shades of yellow and orange.

    Thanks Paul - I'm off to the deep freeze to start melting my cubes I had the brain storm to freeze the milk in icecube trays for easier measuring. Was it ever a mess. Must have four 2 gallon bags of GM cubes.

    Never have had acceleration before....

    They look yummy gallerygirl...make that Marbled Hazelnut Fudge Brownies - I see a swirl in them. Don't feel bad - one of my first attempts when I ventured into FO - was what I deem 'operation spheres" - it was so bad - I couldn't glob it in my log molds and had to start making soap balls...

    LOL Paul - Does the GM show signs of separating at all? The GM I bought had a layer of cream on top. It's not like the Myenberger. I think that is why I had the specks in my soap. I tried everything this side of Sunday to keep it incorporated. Any ideas? Did I maybe buy bad GM????

    Anytime Laurie - glad to help. I shred soap ends from various batches, fugglies and what not and store in a large lidded bucket. They are great for confetti soap. Wish I didn't have the colors all mixed - I would whip up a batch of this fun stuff. Afraid it will come out grey...lol. How...

    Hello! So glad you brought this up gallerygirl...I had terrible luck freezing GM. The soap had little flecks of the cream...great lather but not eye candy....lol. Thank you Paul for sharing that...I will certainly try it...I love GM soap. Is this only applicable with fresh GM?
