Donations for mothers day stall, not nicas reg

So the title would have given away this is probably more of an Aussie Soaper question. My sons school has put the call out for donations for their mother's day stall. I was thinking of donating some soap but I am not nicas reg or have insurance as I just soap for us and as gifts. Would the...

    High palm oil soap content

We stayed at a hotel recently, when I checked out the soap (as you do), it was made up of Pam oil and palm kernel oil, there were no other oils listed. Wouldn't recommended it though, it was horrible.

    Wrap it up?

I use plastic food container that come with clip on lids as mulds for bigger batches. I line the moulds and then clip the lids on. I like this better than moulds with wrap over the top as I leave them wrapped in towels etc in the laundry, and I away worry about my kids little fingers finding...

OMG I can't get this guy to understand base oils VS scents

Have you tried explain it in man terms? Coconut and Olive oil are two different types of cars, and each car needs to have rims, the rims will go on either car but are useless by themselves. The rims are the EOs.

    My Soap Planer/Beveler

What a clever husband you have. I just want mine to make some wood moulds for me, but I don't think he has the right saw so think the cost of the tools would out weigh the cost of purchasing a made mould. But then again he who dies with the most tools wins right?

NOW I dont want to offend , but the Aussies will understand

I think we use the term bastard more than and in completely different context to everyone one else in the world. I once read only in Australia is your enemy a bit of a bastard while your best mate is a complete bastard. And yes it is a term of endearment.

    Non gel help

percentages are a bit wierd as it is a larger recipe that reduced using soapcalc Olive Oil 40.27% Coconut oil 25.2% Palm oil 23.49% Shea Butter 6.04% Castor oil 5% was in the freezer for18 hours, so the soggy edges might just be that it wasn't firm yet?

    Random hints and tips

It is a yeast extract. It is black/very dark brown. It is very salty can can be eaten on toast, put on vita wheat (big cracker type things) with butter and smooshed to make worms, and even mixed with water to make stock for soup/stews. Looks like axel grease in the jar though.
