    I've had success curing in a closet that didn't get opened often. I also put a soap out in the shed to cure because it stunk so bad. Both batches turned out just fine and the smell toned down after a few weeks/months.

    I've never heard of cocoa butter going moldy but that certainly looks like mold! I wonder if it is an inferior product. Did you get it from a trusted vendor? Maybe you can contact the company you bought it from and see if they can offer you any help.
