when i first started making m&p, i used WSP's Crafters Choice, it was very good. i like the SFIC soap now and order mine from Peak. no problems at all using the Crafter's Choice, i just like the SFIC ingredients list better.

i started out making m&p and i still love it! ..i adore it i think it's apples and oranges, why not enjoy them both? i'm looking forward to making some for an upcoming fair, now that i have my cold process all done. m&p can take hours, depending on how intricate, so i wouldn't say it is easier...

personally, i always think of it as the 'squeak' value. i think it's also very subjective to the user, and i like mine at a 14 :)
