    My first batch.

    It might be the fragrance oil, some will accelerate trace dramatically. Using a higher amount of olive oil will slow down trace too. I make unscented Castile bars and they take forever to reach trace. Good luck next time!!

    tried making Goat Milk soap - weird thing happened

    The same thing happened to my last batch, only it was coconut milk. I had to push the lye milk through the strainer. I didn’t use any sugar either. It still turned out beautifully though. Hope yours does too! Happy soaping!! :)
