I am new at making bath bombs and have ready many forum posts and looked at many recipes. I mixed dry ingredients separate from the wet and added the wet a drop or two at a time but it still fizzes up when it plops on the CA. Any suggestions?

I am just getting into making bath salts. Most of the recipes I have seen call for EO but I have seen some on here for FO. What is the advantage of FO over EO? Does smell last longer in one than the other?
