Full water - Used BB ipod lye calc as my computer with Soapcal isn't in the kitchen - but I doubled checked everything. Its cutting better now, I'll have to try again, and go back to gelling and see if that fixes is. Thanks!

I soap at 5280 altitude and haven't had a problem, and can't think why high altitude might effect it (but baking - ugh.) I use freezer paper in my molds as I'm not doing fancy shapes. For myself, I've found its important to give the soap a 24 hour wait before I un mold. Hard to do when you're...

When I'm looking at dry irritated skin I like to go simple - Maybe some jojoba that infused with calendula (I love calendula for skin stuff and jojoba doesn't leave the skin greasy) and then shea butter and/or cocoa butter to firm it up and just see where that takes you. Or even just try...
