I just bought that round BB mold and I love it. But I was also going to suggest the gerber baby food containers. They work really well and make a nice guest size bar. you can get a cpl of them to test different recipes/fragrances. HTH

I love Black Canyon too!! Another one you might one to try that might seem a bit bizarre is Zanzibar Clove from Lonestar. It's really nice.

I have not tried an emulsifier, maybe a bit of BTMS would work (my preferred emulsifier because it tends to be a bit drier) or could also try some water soluble shea butter. I think the Herbarie and Lotioncrafter carries them. It might be a fun experiment ;-) HTH

Are you speaking out of the container or in soap or lotions..etc? out of the container cocoa is hands down harder than shea. in my lotions it is stiffer as well. In soap at 5 to 10%, I cannot tell the difference. HTH

The soap looks great..I agree also very creamy looking.

I was under the impression Optiphen was not suitable for anhydrous applications such as scrubs hence I have been using Phenonip. Is Optiphen an effective preservative with scrubs. I hope I am wrong and it is good to use.
