They look like they were over heated/cooked. I suggest that you double check your actual oven temperature (top and bottom) with additional oven temperature thermometers, also check the outside temp of your mold (while it's in the oven) with your laser temp gun.

I always buy from Soapers Choice, a major distributor. Due to its' cost, Olive oil is perhaps the most adulterated oil on the market, and has been the subject of several investigative documentaries. Buyer beware, buy direct from distributers when possible, not re-packagers.
