    Using sea glass in soap

    I saw a local soap maker advertising sea glass soap, that is topped with a real piece of sea glass, that she advises you need to remove before using.....We’re in Canada. Just looking for others opinions on this kind of practice - I think it’s asking for trouble to put any kind of glass in a skin...

    Ugly Soap...

    Help with EO's

    I wondered in CP soaps i am using 48oz oils in total, with a 6%super fat, and I think the soap calc usually give me fragrance at 42 grams......I find the fragrance is stronger when I use this amount .....but the EO scents fade so much during curing - peppermint seems definitely to last.....other...

    white powdery spot on soap

    Okay not the best picture - but in the bottom soap on the right.....in the swirl - the white as been really showing up a seeming like chalk or powder. I have not seen any of my soaps before - and didn't show until it had cured for a few days. I don't know what it is - it doesn't seem like it...
