I once had a recipe book for cream soaps, but as I never used it, I've given it away. ;) I have never made cream soaps myself, the recipes looked too complicated for me. Afraid I'm a bit lazy when it comes to "too hard". I don't even cook food recipes with too many ingredients in them.

Hazel, I used blue liquid dispersion, from Aussie Soap Supplies. The olive oil was a greeny/yellow colour. I've found you can never guarantee the colour you want with CP, so I just enjoy the surprise! :)

Thanks retmcp. I've often found conflicting information regarding lotions and soapmaking. I think we all have our own ideas of how things are done, and just because they're different, doesn't mean they're wrong, or they won't work. Glad to know you've found honey a good addition. Thanks again.

Thanks for that. I'll make sure I only make a small amount, and use it within a few days. I'll have to do it, because I'm one of those people who loves to experiment. I don't mind if things don't turn out properly, as I only make them for myself, but sometimes I just HAVE to do it :!:

I'm in Australia, and I've seen them in dollar stores - the small round ones, and also the rectangles.

Avocado & coconut, with a dash of castor, made with coconut milk. It's SO CREAMY! Yoghurt also makes a heavenly soap, with olive & coconut oils.

I guess the only thing to do is get all the stuff together, mix it all up, and see what happens :?
