Hi Todd, I used a mix of both and had no obvious smell. I’ll check the product again but I’m sure they were 100% - one crystals and the other a fine powder.

Any luck on replies from Aus? It costs $24 AUD for a package under 500g (around a pound) and $37AUD for over 500g (and under 1 kg) to the states. Not cheap.

I have the same issue with not having oils with vanillin content- early on I stopped buying it. I didn’t even think of that. I’d had it in the freezer for a couple of years (out of sight and all that), discovered it the other day and thought ‘soap’.

Wasted my oils but even worse wasted one of my few BB fragrances all the way from the USA. looked a lot like mashed potatoes as if I’d hot processed it. I used saved Moet champagne as the liquid. Guess I won’t do that again!

This is exciting to follow - in Australia we have very limited access to colour stabilisers and those available are reported to be pretty ineffective. I have some thiosulfate on order and will buy some metabisulfate as well to try.

My friend gave me a blow by blow account of one of her husband's business calls yesterday morning from their new office. Same! :D
