What Do You Like About Salt Bars?

Wow, so pink! I think it's very hard to follow these recipes when people only write 'em in percents instead of grams ( ;^ 3^)

    Dried milk replacement?

Your friend is not wrong, I thought about it right away, but it’s out of production so it’s all sold out where I live. My husband found a similar product in a foreign shop, so it’s all well here :)

My beautiful husband found a can of milk powder <3 I’ll show the result in a couple of days! For fun, like some of you suggested, I’ll try the cream powder in a smaller batch next week and see how it goes ( * 3*) Thank you guys so much for all the inputs, tips and tricks! I’ll try them all ( ^...

    Dried milk replacement?

Lemon/lime soap sounds dreamy.. How much of the fruit do you actually use (zest/juice)? Do you dry the zest first?

    Dried milk replacement?

The only thing you’re able to grow locally here is potatoes and berries, but the winters are hard and long here (I live very far north), so I guess it’s no problem to buy fresh produce from the convenience store. Pretty colours, ugly colours, doesn’t matter to me, as long as it smells good and...

    Dried milk replacement?

Thank you for noticing xD Fresh aloe gel from the plant itself? All of the items except eggs and coconut milk are quite rare here, hahaha! I sound like a farmer, but I actually used to live in a big city back in the day :p I'll keep those in mind, though! Thanks for the warning about the lye...

    Dried milk replacement?

I’ve never tried dairy products in soap before, but I saw a recipe online that I wanted to try out. Coffee Mate is coffee creamer. Some people said that if you’re going to use real milk, you have to freeze it first. I just started making soaps, so I’m quite fresh :p

    Dried milk replacement?

Hi, beautiful people! I wanted to try out a soap made with honey, oatmeal and dried milk powder, but I could only find coffee creamer (Nestle Coffee Mate). I live in a rural village, so some items are hard to come by. Will the coffee creamer do the trick or should I wait until I get my hands on...
