I didn’t use anything with vanilla. Grapefruit, Litsea, bergamot and ylang ylang.

I just cut a batch of cold processed soap that was 48 hours old. Within minutes it developed raised orangespots I’ve never seen this before. Same recipe I’ve made many times, nothing new added. I have no idea what it could be. Help!I have a large order I’m working on. Thank you.
