Anybody watch HSCGs how-to YouTube Cream Soap video by JThompson? In it she talks about the need to test the strength of opened containers of NaOH & KOH since they can become weak over time - especially KOH. She doesn't explain how to test but says SAP would need to be adjusted. Anybody know...
