So.....I had a go using oz instead of grammes....and clearly I have not a clue what an ounce looks like! Followed a recipe for 39oz of olive oil and 39oz rice bran oil......and ran out of the rbo (didnt think 39 oz was anywhere near a litre! Doh!) and had to scurry round for something to use...

I decided to give the mica samples and a long RUN I found in Staples a go this evening. I only managed to squeak it into the RUB but it looked quite pretty for my first attempt....note to self.....measure the volume of the container first.....

I put an order I for some mic as to play with colours and it's taking its time to arrive....so I had a rummage aroind the kitchen and came up with some turmeric and paprika and thought I'd have a play. Very glad I did as it's not as easy as the video make it look trying to pour while thinking...
