    Scraping off ash?

    Milky Way molds....

    Does anybody else use the individual small molds from Milky Way? If so, how long do you wait to unmold your soap? (without having to use the freezer. I use too may mold trays to fit in the freezer.) Thanks, again!

    types of oils used vs. difficulty in unmolding?

    melting lard, measuring, re-solidifying?

    Can someone tell me if it's okay to melt down the solid oils (palm, coconut, tallow) and measure it to the amount needed in the recipe, put it into an individual container, and then put it back in the refrigerator to solidify again then use for soapmaking? I assume I should keep the types of...

    Goat milk soap advice, please

    I make 100% goat milk soap (no water). I use Milky Way plastic soap molds , the 3 cavity ones. Anybody know what temp to pour for these molds? Do you insulate your goat milk soap? At what temp to you pour? Should I gel when using these small capacity molds? Thanks!!!
