One of the top sources of collagen is beef. Rather than using a collagen powder in your soap, why not try using beef tallow; it makes a fantastic soap. The ingredients you're asking about may be better in a leave-in product rather than soap, which is a wash off product. And, I agree with...

If you want an ingredient to help counteract that "old people smell", try trehalose. It's a sugar but it apparently helps if you use it in a cream/lotion. And, it has been shown that the smell is actually the breaking down of some components in the skin of older people.
