Hi, I picked up a package of coconut milk and coconut cream. ( 2 different brands ) the funny thing is that the milk feels thicker than the cream version.... Which one would be best to use? Brand: Go-Tan Coconut Milk 100% natural no additives 18% coconut fat ( mentioned in bold letters )...

Would it work to use silicone pan liners cut into the correct sizes? I found Mylar but it looks different from the stuff in this thread. It looks transparant and thinner, so not sure if that's the same stuff .. Here is a link to the pan liners I have in mind...

Okay, I think I will try and make a test batch first. ( enough for 1 or 2 bars ) Would a 4 to 6 week cure be long enough? In the mean time I will look for lard. Is there anything I should look for when buying lard?
