What do you do with FO's you hate?

If I have scents I don't like or I have maybe an ounce left I make a candle...lol. Sometimes the scent is better in a candle too.

    Nurture's next sale, 45% off!

My order went through but I got a few errors. I didn't need these things right away but couldn't pass up the prices.

    Nurture's next sale, 45% off!

I was able to get through. I had stuff in my cart and ready to go and I got a confirmation email about 1:15. I just got some micas and they were out of one kind I wanted but nonetheless got several for a good price. This is the first time I have ordered from them as well. I'd really like...

I sell CP but make HP for myself and family. I usually let my HP cure for about 3 weeks. I cure my CP for minimum of 4 weeks.

    Hard to make plain soap?

I make both kinds...artsy with glitter and plain. I use both. My plain bars I usually make HP with EO and no colors. I sell a lot of the designer type soap but I do sell the plain as well. I just like making soap...lol. lilac herbal blend..no frills.

    My first cupcake soap

I pipe when you can spoon it in the bag and not running out...it's almost hard to squeeze but not too hard. It looks thick like butter cream maybe.

WSP Castor Oil - Recent Order

Yeah you may save some $ with soapers choice too...I think 7 lb is about $18 or so? I think WSP oils are rather high unless there is a sale.

    You're addicted to CP when...

When you literally soap in your sleep and wake up exhausted. I do this also when I make jams and jellies. When you would rather buy soap supplies than new clothes. When anything and everything you see can be a mold. When you smell like fragrance oil all the time even after a shower.

    My first cupcake soap

I make cupcakes too. Mine will set up fairly quick depending on the fragrance oil. I make mine in batches of 6 also and I use 25 ounces for 6 cupcakes. I pour my bottom part and when the batter looks like thick pudding I go ahead and pour the other part into the piping bag and let it sit...

    Any Rose EO Suggestions?

Try Amazon Now Foods Rose..I think it was $11.60 for 1 oz. I like EOs and I use them mainly when I make HP soap but the prices have got to be reasonable...lol.

WSP Castor Oil - Recent Order

Try soaper's choice for oil. I buy most of my other supplies from WSP because I normally get my order so quickly and I like the free shipping as well but for oils I do like soapers choice better. Did you get 2 lb? Are they in separate containers and both smell bad?

Butterfly swirl attempt = massive fail

I like it too. Very pretty!

    Soap looks Frosted

Sounds like it gelled? Maybe the FO heated it up more?

Can you review this recipe for me that I made? Thanks

You can bump up your coconut and increase your SF to 6% Drop the jojoba and choose one butter. It will still lather nicely. Some use 10% castor oil depending on recipe.

    Pink Sugar Goat's Milk Soap

That's nice! I love the scent too. I may try the nondiscoloring the next time I order. I have never ordered from there.
