Has anyone tried using silica packets in bags to store m&p soap to prevent excess moisture and sweating? Would it draw the moisture out of the bar? Just wondering I anyone has tried this...

I'm finding that after a few day for both of these the event is only getting stronger. I had a few more ideas for fall. I want to do a black bat embedded in clear soap licorice scented. Gonna try it later.

Whenever possible I try to use natural methods for scenting. The coffee bars were scented With Vanilla bean infused oil, cocoa powder, and coffee. I'll cheat on color sometimes though if I want a nice bright color.

I used natural spices to crate the scents and color as well as a small amount of sunflower oil and liquid dye.

There is no actual essential oil but a vanilla bean Infused oil works well. I also like the ground bean method

I was actually scared to try it but I had some vanilla beans left from my batch of vanilla extract so I infused the oil for a little while with them. These took some time and TLC. I slowly cooked down some coffee and cocoa and infused the oil with vanilla bean. It's a very strong scent but...
