Hello. I usually use distilled water to make my soap. I bought a Brita water filter and was wondering if it is just as good using the filtered water as the distilled water.

I found a 4 pack of Better Homes & Garden EO at Walmart. It is the EO scent and coconut oil. Anyone used these before?

Anyone make scrubby soap the CPHP way?? I need to add cornmeal and coffee grinds and fine pumice to the soap oils. I have made it the CP way and they turn out great. Wanted to try the CPHP way or if it is possible. Thanks.

I am making my first body butter today. I am using shea butter, coconut oil and avocado oil. Most recipes I have seen call for sweet almond oil or jojoba oil. Will I have any problems using the avocado oil instead? And can I use fragrance oil instead of EO? Thank you.

I use the CP for my soaps. But I want to try my hand at HP today. Can I use one of my CP recipes for a 3 lb loaf mold?? I will run it thru the soap calc. Or is there certain oils you must use. I will be using the usual.....CCO, OO, castor oil, and palm oil.
