Looking for a recipe for a super light facial moisturiser

I've been scouring the internet for a recipe for a light, non greasy, non waxy feeling, quick absorbing facial moisturiser. So far I haven't found what I want, which is all of the above, and a water free, oil/butter only version. Most have e-wax or aloe vera gel in it. I'd rather not use either...

Oooh, Teresa, that sounds so good! Would love the 'recipe' for that :) Dibbles, I'm going to have to try that first blend, it sounds good. I have Ylang Ylang but not Amyris...what does it smell like?

Is KOH as readily available as NaOH? I haven't ever looked for it in town :) Or would I have to order it from an online supplier?

Want to increase richness in a recipe I like...

So: 35% Olive Oil 20% Coconut 35% Lard 5% Castor 5% Almond Would it be better to switch out the Almond for Avocado or just lower the Almond more and put the extra % to Lard?

Want to increase richness in a recipe I like...

Kchaystack...looked at the wrong column of %...wow it's a bad day for me! Okay. Right %'s are: Olive Oil: 35% Coconut: 30% Lard: 25% Castor: 3.3% Almond: 6.7% SO sorry about that  dixiedragon...thick, creamy, soft, luscious. Makes you want to just keep using it! My base recipe...

Want to increase richness in a recipe I like...

I would like to increase the rich, creaminess and lasting ability of lather in the following recipe...but I don't want to change it too much because I really like the cleansing power and bar hardness of this recipe. Any tips? 8.4oz / 23.8% Calendula Infused Olive Oil 7.2oz / 20.4% Coconut...

    Another CP Soap Problem!

At the beginning I add my lye to the goats milk. I use it instead of water. Now that's a good idea, Shunt2011 :) Will have to try it.

Request to make Cinnamon scented soap...

...and I'm a bit leery about using the EO. The request is for a Cinnamon scented Essential Oil soap. I know cinnamon is a very potent, hot oil and am not sure at what percentage I should use it at to get enough scent without it being potentially harmful. My recipe will have a total of: 24 oz...

    Another CP Soap Problem!

Yes, it's very odd. No, I haven't...good idea. Yeah, that's what I thought maybe too, but I've been making sure that (visually) all the lye is dissolved before I add the oils. Any other way to make even more sure that the lye is dissolved?
