    How to price shipping??

    I just shipped a package of soaps to Sweden for the first time and charged $9 shipping and got to the post office to find out it was $15! I only made $3 on that deal! I shipped them anyway because it was my fault. How much does everyone charge for over seas?? That was my first shipment overseas...

    Your favorite soap

    What to use?

    Pumpkin Puree

    Here is a picture of my pumpkin soaps. I made these hot process method and added raw honey along with the canned pumpkin purée. I also added oatmeal. I did use FO because the pumpkin scent is gone from the purée. I have made them cp as well. Sent from my iPhone using Soap Making

    Third soap

    When I make any vegetable puree soap... I make a lot of cucumber soap... I substitute part of the liquid for the puree. Doing hot or cold process soap I do the same :)

    Wine & Chocolate! Mmmmmm....

    I make hot process too... I have also added sugar, salt and borax to mine. I noticed you used bees wax too?? I have never used them altogether but I use bees wax a lot in hot process as it makes a very hard bar!!! Sounds wonderful your recipe. I may just have to try it. Thank you for sharing.

    Newbie in high humidity climate

    I live in Middle Tennessee and our humidity is high. I am a Floridian so I know about high humidity there. I don't discount the liquid much!! Sometimes depending on the recipe. I do have a humidifier running in the basement all of the time. Might help. Good luck and be prepared... it is...

    I make pumpkin spice bars and I use cinnamon and pumpkin puree too. I make them hot process and I do use cinnamon and raw honey. I do however use FO in my batch when I make them....
