Hi, I just use a couple I got at garage sales. The liner is not stainless steel but it doesn't have to be. Despite what some think the liners are pourus (I'm terrible at spelling) so please don't use it again for food. I've been using mine for over 2 years and you can smell the oils in it...

Well I'm sure everyone knows soap grows out of cracks in ceilings; walls and floorboards. I've had to change over our guest room into a soap room. {Gotta love that one!}.... So....... First I should mention I'm in Canada and I don't sell my soaps. I am house bound with a disability and making...

Well I tried putting up some salt bars in 3D soap on a rope. Not the easiest to get out of the mold even after coming out of the freezer. They crumbled a tad on me. I'm not giving up though. I think I'm going to try a little mineral oil on the mold next time. Where it didn't stick they came...

I am by no means a knighted expert but I lend what I found. I love goats milk soap for the creamy goodness it felt on my skin. However, this held true when I bought the beautiful soap from the soapmaking goat lady.Unfortunately my DH will not accept goats as a new alternative to my always...

Well I can't comment on the first part of your question but for the latter... I use tea bags that you seal shut with an iron to infuse my powders.

Oh, thank you, I just didn't know what to do with them, I love the idea. I think I was so upset I just couldn't think straight. My house smells lovely but I believe it's too strong for the soap. I guess this means I have to make more soap. Oh, gosh darn, sucks. :-)

TBs come out to a weight of 3 ozs. I'm just flying out the door and won't be back for a few hours. Thanks in advance
