It wont come off the wood easily, if at all. Your best bet would be to use the soap carving method Kikajess mentioned.

Maybe have a flyer/brochure with a section about you, your business and your products & include frequently asked questions & some testimonials to keep them occupied for a moment while you ring up customers who are ready to pay.

That is one massive mold! What is it made of? It looks shiny. I cut up, shredded & curled a bunch of embeds today as I wait for my silicone liners to come in the mail :) & unrelated to soaping but I just can't contain myself- my cat had her kittens! today :)

Maybe something like, "It varies with every soap maker but I've done a lot of testing and research and have found what works for my customers and myself" & maybe offer a discount for her as a fellow soap maker so she can make an informed decision of what she likes & she can create something for...
