I am going to make a fleur de lis soap bar. I want the design part only to be in gold and the rest of the bar white. Do I just mix a bit of micah into my melted base, pour that into the design and let it set up a bit before pouring my white base on top? I have never used micah coloring before...

So should I use a candy thermometer? Also, shout I mix it all prior to pouring into molds?

Has anyone worked with those? with MP? Thought about adding images to soap but not sure how it works or how to do it......Sorry, idito here....

Hey gang, My first shipment of suspension base arrived today..........Any idea when to add your additives (oatmeal, etc.) after it has melted? Also should I add that AFTER I add FO & color? Thanks!

Hey gang, Glad I found these boards! Getting ready to order supplies for my first set of M&P bars! :o What is the diffenece between F0 and EO? Do you use different amounts? If so how much per pound? Kinda confused but thanks in advance for any info!
