I'm no expert but this is what i tried from a recipe i found on the web and i really liked the results . 1/3 beewax 1/3 hard oils(shea butter,cocoa butter,etc) 1/3 soft oils( almond,grapeseed,...)

What about activated charcoal? I've never used it myself but i've seen examples of it on the net and the resulting soap looks very black to me.On top of that its apparenlty very good for sporiasis

Maybe its the cucumber, its knowed to be an astringent and usually used in products for oily skin. Just a thought.

i completly agree. I've visited other forums and let me tell you that the responses are not always nice or helpful. Here i feel welcome and i never feel stupid for asking an obvious question. Thanks for being such a great bunch of people!! :)

I've made a soap with an herbal infusion of chamomille, calandula and nettle superfatted with plenty of shea butter,scented with lemongrass and orange EO. I wanted to make her some nice castille soap but it takes so long to cure...

Thanks Deda but its the other way around, i'm sooo lucky to have such an amazing lady as a mother. She's been fighting for 11 yrs against breast cancer and her battle will end soon. I want the remaining days to be as happy and comfortable as possible.
