I take it if the manufacturer list said "Saponified oils of: xxxxx" then I would use the other INCI name?

Some people have had luck with regular plastic wrap and a hairdryer. Worth a shot! I got a heat gun off ebay for $20 and some plastic wrap at Costco and it works perfect. :)
Thanks for that :) I am aware of the FDA's rules and regulations, though. Now I just want to make sure I am up to par with INCI rules and regulations as well.
