I used the recipe from Nature's Garden and Candles to test making bubble scoops. Everything was measured exact and I followed every step. Once it came to scooping them, they fell apart once I released them from the scoop! I tried making the shape into a bubble bar instead, but they fell apart...
I have been making some soap with frosting on top, but I have no idea how to enter it into the Soapmaker 3 program without having the frosting recipe separate. Is there a way to combine the base and frosting recipes? I would like to sell these bars and I wish there was a better way of doing it...
If it's a 33% lye water solution, so how could I calculate that in the SoapCalc? Nevermind. I reread the post and spaced out lol I'm sorry. Thank you for your help.
I just purchased the Royalty Soaps piping set and after watching some of the exclusive videos, I noticed that a recipe says it's a 20% water discount. How do I put that in the SoapCalc? I want to save the special recipe, but don't know how to input the water discount in the app. Help!

I got it at Hobby Lobby because I never used that scent before and I wasn't sure if I'd like it. I'm going to definitely get it from somewhere else though, since theirs accelerated trace.
It smells amazing! My daughter said it smells like cookies and now she wants some lol If I could I'd make soap every day! Sadly, I don't have the space for all of them to cure yet. I'm thinking for my next batch to try red, white, and blue layers so it will be ready for the 4th of July.
My loaf mold holds about 32oz of oils, so whenever I cut the bars at 1", I always end up with a sliver. I have weighed out each bar (sliver too) and they are all either over or under 4oz with the average weight bring 3.9oz. I want to get or make a soap cutter as I'm clearly not getting these...
I cut the loaf and the bars look beautiful! I'm so amazed with the color!
Here's my second attempt at soap. It's my own blend of a triple butter recipe using SoapCalc and I added an Oatmeal, Milk and Honey fragrance oil which turned out to speed up trace. Good thing I caught it and poured...
