Thanks for the replies guys. I'm an idiot. I cut up a couple bars and it's not throughout the soap just on the edges. Turns out it was just some dust on side of molds. I wash them but they need a quick rinse before the soap gets poured.

I have searched online for a good starting point and can't find anything. Everything is for liquid "Castile" and not bars. I have Castile soap bars that I'm just trying to cut chunks off in a gallon of water for insecticidal soap. Anyone have any idea of how much I should try?
