I usually use 25% coconut oil with an 8% super fat. That is fine for my skin and most who use it. So if you want to stay at 25% try increasing your super fat a bit.

High oleic sunflower is great. Use it in place of some or all of your olive oil.

The palm oil question is complex. I consider it vegan. For those who eschew palm oil for its environmental impact, I think it hypocritical to not look critically at the impact of the production of other vegetable oils. For example soy (oil and wax). And on and on it could go. Just so happens...

Southern Scentsations carries Crafters Choice butters, oils, bases etc, but not fragrances. I do not believe they distribute fragrances anywhere but WSP.

I think the dicolor goes well with coffee soap. I like WSP espresso for a good coffee FO.

I think that wouldn't hurt it, but it's already pretty viscous and refrigeration might make it less fluid.

Have used at 5-7% with no issues. I also use ROE in my oils.

I use a heating pad with an auto shut off feature. I usually put it on high and reset it a few times until I'm comfortable the soap is gelling. I cover with a towel also. In my opinion, if the soap overheats, it was going to overheat anyway, it won't be caused by using a heating pad, although...

I love grapefruit and mint! I use grapefruit fragrance though, instead of EO.
