    Need Rebatching Advice

I don't have a crockpot. Can I use a pot on the stove if I watch it carefully?

    Need Rebatching Advice

I have a batch of soap that is not hard enough after curing for 4 weeks. I'd like to rebatch it and add more EO to make the scent stronger. Can I just melt the soap in a pot on the stove, add EO and pour into the mold? Or should I stick blend first? Do I have to do anything else?

    How to anchor certain eo's?

Orange EO does have staying power when mixed with a middle or base note EO like ylang ylang or litsea.

Is it worth adding silk? Is there a noticeable difference in the feel of the lather?

D-Day! or rather S-Day! My first time - questions

It's true, once you start, you keep wanting to try different variations - different oils, different scents, different techniques. Glad to know I'm not alone. I thought I was the only one who stayed up late reading and rereading soap books and going to sleep thinking about soap recipes. . .
