Travel

Worth it. This was the first course I took in soap making. It explains everything from the history, the science, and everything in between. I refer back to this book at times, but for me this book helped me more than others. Still waiting on my autograph from Ashley..

The chemistry is what got me started. I'm not very creative, like most of the people on here. I'm all about the science.

They look great. I think the plain natural bars are just as beautiful as the colorful swirls and patters.

Packing my last four batches, and getting pics online. Nothing like waiting till the last minute. All week I fell asleep in my chair down in my soap shop. Just cant focus... I'm ready for my end of year soap vacaion..

Do you have access to even a hand saw? Like the old timers.. Many hardware, lumber stores will cut your wood for free.

I've made a few molds. Not that difficult. I used scrap wood I had laying around. Here are some of my 100oz molds I made from old door frames I found. I would be glad to help.

Looking for fellow soapers who understands my sarcasm, and dark humor. I feel like I'm alone in most places, Including most soaping forums and pages. I'm not hateful, or a bully, just feels like no-one gets me.

Meat

Retire my loaf molds, and make a 500oz slab mold, build a slab cutter. Maybe build a cutting table. Give less soap away, focus more on business end of things. Eventually would like to move out of the basement and into a pace in my garage.
