I've done online searches about how to create those nice swirls you find in some soaps, but it only mentions how to do it in CP soap. Is there any way to liven up M&P soaps like this?
Keep in mind this is for M&P soap.
Basically, reports are conflicting from what I have read...but I do about a drop or so of each per ounce.
So...for a basic batch of a pound of soap, I'll put 16 drops each of Vitamin E and Aloe Vera juice.
Do any of you use these additives much, and if...
I've seen thsoe other butters....but like the person whose reply was right about me said, isn't there a limit to how many additives I can put in?? As it is, I do put in some aloe vera and Vitamin E....I don't figure those will hurt....but could mango butter or avocado butter throw it all off...

So then, would I be wise to perhaps stay away from cocoa butter?? It sounds to me like shea butter's positives outweigh cocoa butter...and I have heard that shea butter is extremely soft, so perhaps that's the best bet??
Thanks for the tip about the seeds too....I appreciate that....I'd hate...
I know it's like child's play to all of you, and you mostly probably do cold-process soap, but it's baby steps for me. I love soap and have decided to at least start with melt and pour. I'm about to order all of my ingredients online and probably start within a week or 2. I've done quite a...
