i had a similar problem when i used a recipe with high oo %,it took longer to be ready to cut but turned out fine,

i love ng too all the scents i've used are great i have at least 40 fo ,i use in lotion to

bath bomb recipe i use a recipe from teachsoap.com i love it ,simple ingredients&they smell great ,mine also have flat bottoms,but i think if you left them in mold for a while they would firm up &not be flat hope this helps

i love calendula to ,used it in a batch of HP,all is well so far

hi again did you grease your mold with crisco or vaseline,this also helps release &after cook add 1oz,sunflower oil & stir ,check out www.teachsoap.com for a recipe &instructions,i have used it &its a great hp recipe

i've had good luck doing half the water amount,if recipe calls for 12 oz.,i use 6 water for,mixing in lye& cooldown,have milk very cold,pour lye water into oils,stirring then stir in 6 oz milk,my soap came out almost white& ieven did a pink &green swirl &soap mainly white

hi ive read that soap made with several oz. of olive oil take longer to set up &longer cure time,i did a similar batch today &the recipe also had palm kernal oil ,for hardness&lather ,give it a couple of days mavbe it will turn out
