    Business Name

What if you just switched it around and changed it a little. Buttercup Rebellion? I think it rolls of the tongue better. I love the concept. I think there's a real potential for fun marketing. I'm not really one to help with sound business advice, so I know my suggestion doesn't really...

    Mellon's Showcase

I'm glad you've enjoyed it! And thank you for all the nice comments. ☺️ I have a little extra free time right now, so I'm hoping to make some more batches in the coming weeks.

Oh bummer! Was it a lot of oil you had to throw away? I think my trouble is I'm trying to do intricate designs with goat tallow as my main oil, and that's just not in the card for this stuff. I probably should just keep to a maximum of two colors when using it.

I think I'll be calling these Rainbow Sherbet. The FO Apple Honey Champagne from WSP smell A-MAZE-ING. Design didn't go exactly as planned due to several factors. I've got some uncolored batter in places due to panicked get-it-in-the-mold syndrome. I've really been having a string of...

    Underrated and Overrated Soaping Ingredients

In the first place I try to reduce my liquid oils as best can (not including castor). I like to keep them at about 15-20% and I prefer Sweet Almond oil over olive. I enjoy the results of even less than 15% liquid oils, but lower than that and the batch becomes hard to make intricate designs with.

    Goat tallow and goat milk

Hi there! I do most of my soaps with goat tallow and goat milk. I'm really glad to hear your experience, because I have experienced the same thing with massive acceleration/false trace. I'm currently trying to perfect my tallow recipe so it's not perfect, but if you'd like me to share what I...

Help me, Argentina It’s destroying my soaps!

How long did you let your bars cure before using them? I live in a very humid environment and I don't really enjoy a high olive oil bar because they are much better after a significantly long cure time. My high olive oil bars are much longer lasting at about the three month+ mark. If it were...

Thanks! Embedding a cane was my original plan, but I only had the tome for one soaping session. Good to know that I could have centered the bottom too. I was concerned about leaking. Thank you!

I finally found some time to jam in a soaping session yesterday. This is a design I've had on my mind for a while now. Thanks to everyone who helped me pick a scent and talked to me about coconut milk vs coconut water. I ended up just going with coconut milk. If I had had more time, I would...

    Game ┉ Would You Rather?

Is smell still linked to taste in this conundrum? Because if it's not, I'd way rather lose my sense of smell, but if this is reality we're talking about, some of my taste will go too if I pick smell. Probably wouldn't change my choice though, so I guess smell it is. Would you rather have...

What are your favorite soapmaking YouTube channels?

Royalty Soaps. Hands down. I relate to Katie so much and she just makes me feel so happy and uplifted whenever I watch her videos. I've bought her products too and everything I've bought is top notch quality. She's actually the only YouTuber I watch every video she releases. 👑 ❤️

What do you think of this for a logo?

It's strapped to his hand! 😲 I think it is a brush! 😆
