    Coronavirus

You are very welcome. You can search out recipes to make your own online. I feel the less ingredients the better. Maybe even try a Magnesium spray. Good luck.

    Coronavirus

A good nights sleep is crucial for me also, I’m 68 and we live with my daughter and her family. My grands keep me on my toes. I began making my own 5 years ago after cancer treatment and still do. I apply approximately 1 tsp of the cream to the bottom each foot and put on a pair of light socks...

    Coronavirus

I recommend a topical magnesium cream applied before bed. I had difficulty sleeping while going through Chemo. It was and it still the best option for me. My daughter has also used it for my grandson at age 3 while he was having night terrors. It is safe and has no side effects like I had with...

    Is wooden worktop hygienic enough?

Thinking on those same lines, I scrubbed the grout with tooth brush and soap. When totally dry I applied 2 coats of the grout sealer sealer that we use on our floors. T(ank you all for your advise.

    Is wooden worktop hygienic enough?

Thank you. I was anxious to test out my new space. I have ordered plastic canvas sheets, which should arrive this weekend. I read sonewhere that could be used for curing and hoped to lay it on top of my wire, will that be ok?

    Is wooden worktop hygienic enough?

I recently was given an old used kitchen rolling cart with ceramic tile top, cleans up easily. It is counter height, has wheels so I can move it from kitchen to storage area. My hubby added a couple rods so I can hang my shower bar and shampoo bar and a bottom rack for added curing area. It...

    de-funk de pits

Your posts are a treat to read.....I will need to experiment with the Babassu, sounds interesting. I currently use a Magnesium Oil with a smidge of glycerin and a few drops of essential oils. Sells well in my product line, it’s totally non staining, dries quickly and lasts all day. Only draw...

    WSP Sale

I’m new to using palm oil and unsure which is best for soaps. Can some one explain the difference between the palm kernel flakes, no stir palm oil, and what is the red palm oil-can that also be used in soap? Thanks in advance for your help.

What on earth? WalMart selling essential oils for a buck

I agree full disclosure is best. As a consumer and a cancer survivor, I read every label and that determines what I put on my body and in my body.

In need of some advice on hot process and cold process

Thank you all for your input. Basically, I am already on track with my cold process and will probably leave well enough alone. Fortunately the essential oils I use do not cause seizing with my recipe calculations. I was unfamiliar with CPOP, though, and thank you for that info. I curretly put...

In need of some advice on hot process and cold process

I have only done a basic cold process soap for laundry for a couple years. The past couple months I have made a few batches of a Tallowand mixed oil soap (cheap and very hard bath soap), high lather bars for shaving and gritty pumice bars for grimy hubby hands. All have been cold process and I...
