    Where could I find powders?

http://www.thesoapdish.com/milkpowder.htm I've bought some powders from them and found their prices to be ok. The stuff I got was on sale some time back.

    Help with Honey Powder

I've used it before. I cannot comment on it reacting like honey cause I've never used the sticky stuff in my soap (that's why I bought the powder). My notes indicate to use 2 tablespoons of honey powder per pound of soap.

    etsy site-other hidden costs?

International shipping is a big pain in the butt on etsy. I wish they would come up with a weight calculator or something better. I refund shipping if I over charge on international. For usa, I ship priority; the flat rate makes it easier. I'll ship first class if the customer asks. Granted...

    Lip Balm Issue...

I thought I read somewhere that if you heat up shea butter and then cool it down really quick it avoids the graininess. I did a foot balm a few weeks ago and stuck it in the freezer to harden up. It had shea. I don't feel any graininess to it.

    Selling on ETSY

It is really easy to get lost on etsy so you need to promote in other ways. I sell yarn and spinning fiber on etsy and do ok. It's been slow but then again everything is right now.

    Questions about Hot Process

I found my soap didn't get thick until the temps started to go down. It started off like apple sauce and then it got more and more like mash potatoes. Watch your flash points on the FO/EOs. You don't want to burn them off.
