how do you know if you are overheating it? i double boil my soap instead of putting it in a pan directly or the microwave.
Also i do not know if it is because of the room temp, but I keep getting bubbles on the surface of the glass and it pours into the mould. Even if i spray the alcohol.
hi all. I’m looking for a clear base from the Stephenson range.
I’ve been getting cloudy finishes although they say it is crystal. Could it be the type of fragrance oil that makes it this way?
Does the fragrance oil you use affect the clarity of the soap base? I’ve been using Stephenson crystal soap bases. But I seem to get cloudy bars after it sets
Here you go. You can probably find an app called AliExpress. Ships worldwide from factories in China. Browse around for cheaper options. I just copied the first one that popped up.

2. Colour fading in the soaps
I tried making a bar of red wine soap and it gave me a pleasent surprise!

Did anyone...
If you google prototyping service in aus you'd be able to send the file to them to get a quote from them which includes mailing. I just started at soap making and have not got on to studying bath bombs yet. I'll see if i can get it printed in my uni lab and if it works out fine i can mail it to you
Do you have a picture or web of that item? I might be able to do up a file and then people can just go to their local shop to print it
