Off the soaping subject, have you tried taking collagen? We have thin skin that bruises easily and so we take a scoop of collagen in our coffee and it has helped immensely.

I use glass yogurt jars for eo/fo. They work great.

I just got a steroid shot in my heel for PF. I also am wearing a boot for another 2 weeks and starting PT 2x a week for 6 weeks. The shot took away 90% of my pain. I have exercises to do at home. I see the doctor at the end of January and he talked about getting orthotics.

I use Bar Keepers friend on my stainless steel and it leaves them brand new looking.

Just be well informed. There are lawsuits now in reference to Ozempic and it causing stomach paralysis. I have also read that erythritol is bad.

I did cut it and it did not gel nor overheat.

I just made my first gm soap using gm powder in the oils and had no issues at all. I have not used the soap yet. I am happy how it came out. I did put it in the fridge overnight.

All great ideas. I have 2 large buckets from Lowes with lids. When I make a batch of soap, I wipe the excess off the spoons and containers and put everything into one of those buckets. The bucket goes into a closer until I am ready to wash. Meanwhile, I have the 2nd bucket to use next time I soap.

I cut strips of colored paper and wrap the soaps. The strips are wide enough that I can put the label on it.

Himalayan Rhubarb Powder infused in olive oil. I will be cutting it tomorrow.

I also use Avery tp design the labels but I print my own labels off my printer.
