    Pasteurized? Or Not?

    Here's my opinion on homogenized and pastuerized milk, not a scientific fact given my occupation: I would imagine pasteurized would be be better for soap since bacteria would not be chewing up your fats in the time between milking and soaping, or freezing. Also depending how fast the pH drops...

    Very hard water

    I don't mean to be rude, but wouldn't buying distilled water be cheaper and less prone to errors? EDTA may be a common lab chemical but can't be easy to find in the real world. Rich.

    NEW wood mold is warped on the bottom

    Slightly off topic: Has anyone experimented with building a wood mold lined with acrylic plates? I've seen Acrylic molds that you don't line but aren't considered as insulating as wood. Rich P.S. Anyone tries this I've like a few!
