    Bath Bomb Colorants

I sell mine so I can't use food coloring. I feel like I mix until my arms hurt i think maybe I'll try to mix it into my epsom salts first. I have a love/hate relationship with bath bombs. CP soap is so much easier. Any other color tips? Thanks so much!!!

    Bath Bomb Colorants

I've searched the forum and haven't really found my answer... I've been exploring all kinds of colorants, La Bomb, Lake powders, micas... Am I missing something with the La Bomb colors (FD&C dyes dispersed in glycerin)? I have tried and tried to incorporate into my mixture and it always...

Help, what are these white streaks?

Yes, full water and gel. Recipe is 35% olive, 27% coconut, 27% palm, 5% castor and 6% avocado. Ran through a lye calculator and passed zap test. I don't think it overheated. It's a lavender fo that I've used many times before and it tends to not heat up as much. I've been doing more...

Help, what are these white streaks?

I did not use TD but it sure looks like it. It's on the edges of my soap too and it's soft and crumbly. I don't think it's lye and I made sure I mixed my batter. I soaped at about 110degrees. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

M&P embeds on CP soap - questions

Hi, I'm new to the soap making forum and trying to find answers to my questions... my head is spinning! I put M&P embeds ontop of my CP soap. I guess this is a packaging question... Ok, CP soaps are supposed to be open to the air to dry and M&P are supposed to be wrapped to cut down on glycerin...
